Biography
Louise began her Insurance career with E W Payne in 1985. After nearly two years working within the North American Reinsurance Division, dealing with general administration duties, she accepted a job at C. T Bowring working on a newly created Environmental Claims Unit. Her responsibilities included preparing claims files for broking to Insurance Companies and Lloyds. In broking the files herself she gained knowledge of the workings of the London Market and reliable contacts within the industry.
Subsequent to her role at C.T.Bowring she was head hunted for a position at Toplis & Harding, a service organisation funded by insurers to deal with the collection of Attorney Fees and distribution of Attorney reports relating to Environmental matters.
This company later became known as London Market Claims Services. Louise worked as Reinsurance Manager, dealing specifically with Pollution business. The role involved a considerable amount of client contact and achieving specific targets within required timeframes.
Taking on board the experience that Louise has obtained from these prior roles and contacts made within the London Market and overseas with the North American Attorneys, Louise set up a consultancy company in 1999 offering collection assistance to Attorneys relating to, but not limited to, Asbestos/Pollution/Health Hazard business.
