Robert Harrison has joined Carter Perry Bailey LLP
Robert joined Carter Perry Bailey as a consultant in 2012, having since 1986 been a partner and a consultant with several leading insurance law practices, in particular Vizards Wyeth. Robert has a London market insurance and reinsurance practice. He conducts national and international insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes and advises on regulatory issues and run-off strategies. He is experienced in major complex loss casualty claims, including oil and chemical losses and rail disasters. As a result of the latter, he was also involved in disaster management planning for the BAA "Heathrow Express" and "T5" projects. Robert has also acted for insurers in professional indemnity claims, including accountants, auditors, surveyors, architects and solicitors.
Robert is a member of the City of London Solicitors Company and the British Insurance Law Association. He is a Freeman of the City of London.
Robert speaks conversational French, Dutch and Spanish.
