A good time had by all at the AirSP Celebration evening on 4th February - 2009-02-16
Despite the disruption at the hands of the winter weather earlier in the week we had a great turnout for our 6th Anniversary celebration on the 4th of February!
The evening was held at Zakudia Bar which enjoys a lovely position overlooking the Thames right beside Southwark Bridge and almost directly opposite St Paul’s cathedral. Our sincere thanks to Zakudia for hosting the event for us and for organising the complimentary food and drink for our guests.
The Rendez Vous band was excellent; in fact there seems to be a consensus of opinion that they just keep getting better and better! They entertained us with their extensive repertoire of rock classics that got a least some of up on the dance floor! So a huge thank you to Mike Walker and the guys for forgetting the day job for a while to adopt their alternative guises and help us celebrate.
Although this was primarily a feel good event and business was not the main feature of the evening there was the opportunity to chat to colleagues and even to make new contacts.
Finally, thank you to all our hosts and guests for joining us on a cold February evening, we hope you enjoyed the evening!
