Terms Of Reference
To enhance the effectiveness of the Association Board Members have been assigned specific areas of responsibility. These are as follows:
- Existing Members: Stephen Carter/Gerard Dupre/Dewi James
- New/Prior Members: Julian Porter/Peter Matthews
- Events: Steve Mathews /Steve Goate
- Media: Steve Goate/Julian Porter
- Finance: Suzanne Middleton/Stephen Carter
The following terms of reference define the purpose of each role.
Existing Members
To maintain contact between the board and members to ensure that members’ views and needs are properly represented. To encourage networking between existing members. To maintain a high retention level among members.
New/Prior Members
Target in 2008 is to increase membership to a minimum of 50 companies which will encompass a full range of service providers from the Sole Trader to Major Service Providers. All prospective membership applications will be subject to a formal approval process. We will also re-approach former members of the Association to explain the benefits of rejoining. If you know of any potential new members then please get in touch with Julian Porter or Peter Matthews.
Events
To co ordinate, develop and promote all AirSP events with a view to growing membership, publicising the association and creating work opportunities whist ensuring most cost effective use of Association funds. If there are new events you would like to see AirSP hosting then please contact Steve Goate or Steve Mathews.
Media
To coordinate and develop all media activity with a view to promoting the association in the most cost efficient but most visible manner.
Finance
