Tracy Bailey

Tracy has worked in the insurance/financial services sectors for the whole of her career.  In 1993, she joined Nationwide Building Society as a Financial Consultant.  Following successful completion of the requisite regulatory qualifications, she advised Nationwide’s customers on their life insurance, pensions and investments needs.  In 1995, she was promoted to Senior Financial Consultant, managing her own team of Financial Consultants.

 

Following maternity leave in 1999, Tracy returned to Nationwide in their Member Service Department as a Business Consultant.  Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Senior Business Consultant to head a large team of Officers, Managers and Senior Managers dealing with the Mortgage Endowment Review crisis.  Once the Endowment Review situation had been successfully handled, Tracy headed a specialist Investment Team, still within the Member Service Department.

 

In 2005, Tracy “retired” to South-West France to renovate a farmhouse property.  In October 2010, she joined the Carter Perry Bailey team, working on a remote basis from France.

 

In January 2014, Tracy was asked to join as Secretariat, by the AirSP Board.  Since then, she has also organised all the AirSP events, including the highly successful annual Charity Quiz Night; Wine, Whisky and Chocolate Tasting Evenings; AirSPitality Christmas Drinks Parties; International Women’s Day events and numerous other guest speaker events covering a wide range of topical issues; and, of course, the legendary annual Monte Carlo Rendezvous Dinner.

 

In November 2020, Tracy was appointed Vice-Chair.
